Scott Sinclair
Attorney
Scott Sinclair earned his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics and Finance from Baylor University in 1980. He then attended the University of Texas Law School earning his Juris Doctor in 1984 (Texas Law Review 1982-84).
Mr. Sinclair established the Sinclair Law Firm LLC in 2004. Additionally from 2008 through 2013, he served as President of TDX Energy, LLC and Tensas Delta Exploration Company, Shreveport, LA.
Mr. Sinclair is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and Shreveport Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana and the Middle District of Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
